Putter - Project Reptile

Putter - Project Reptile

Project Status: In Development

Reptile is our second mallet putter design after the success of our ULT putter. Reptile is meant to address these critical areas:

  • Swappable LH/RH That is Frame-Independent
  • Hand-agnostic weight frame
  • Hand-agnostic strike face
  • Hand-agnostic Alignment
  • Swappable hand-specific neck
  • Tri-Sole consistent framing setup
  • Adjustable Weight Range 330 - 390 grams using common thread 22mm weights
  • 5K MOI when in ~360g configuration

The core materials for Reptile are 6061 Aluminum and 303 Stainless Steel. By setting up a swappable weight frame similar to competitor products on the market, we can manipulate the center of mass position to control a putter's Toe Hang/Gravity Angle, which controls how the club releases during the putting stroke. Swappable lofts allows us to independently control the putter setup so that it sits in your hand easily, while also changing delivered loft without having to bend the putter.

Planned necks include the following:

  • Free Float ZT
  • Double Bend
  • Slant Neck
  • Plumber's Neck

Reptile is currently on its second iteration in which a whole body stainless steel frame was modified to add more flexibility in configuration, while it is not complete here is the general idea of this frame system. Note that this is not the final aesthetic look and will be changed.

Here is the currently fully loaded configuration in a 0 0 40 40 configuration with an MOI over 6100:

Reptile is expected to complete initial product development by November 2026 in anticipation of a Q1 2027 release.
