What is Pre-Ordering?

Preordering is when you purchase a delivery delayed item in order to help us invest in new products for consumers. There are a few key things to understand, and there's special benefits for those of you who decide to preorder.

What Benefits Do I Get?

To show you thanks for willing to preorder and wait, we offer cheaper shipping, lower product pricing, discount codes for future non-preorder products, and occassionally some exclusive swag. We believe that customers that choose to invest with us deserve not only the highest praise, but also that we want to give back to you in other ways as well.

This means that once a product is finished with its preorder inventory, the pricing of it increases to normal pricing.

What About Order Updates?

For preorder information, we do our best to get you the most up-to-date information as to what is going on with the product in question, such as shipping or manufacturing delays. If there are major changes, we will inform you and if you change your mind, you can cancel your preorder for a refund.

What Aren't Preorders?

While we currently (as of the page's most recent update) do not offer limited releases, a preorder and a limited release are not the same thing. Products that are marked as limited release are variants of other existing products, such as a color variation of a putter for example.
