🇺🇸 US Specific Shipping Policy
Our Shipping Partner
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. We chose UPS to ensure your equipment is handled with care and includes full door-to-door tracking.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
-
Transit Times: Most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days once picked up by UPS, depending on your distance from our shop.
-
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your specific service level selected.
Note: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes via UPS. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery.
🇨🇦 Canadian Specific Shipping Policy
We love our golfers up north! To provide the most transparent and affordable shipping experience, please note the following regarding your order:
-
Shipping Method: All Canadian orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Once the package crosses the border, it is handled and delivered by Canada Post.
-
DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Your order is shipped "Duties and Taxes Unpaid." This means the price you pay at checkout does not include Canadian GST/HST or potential customs duties.
-
What to Expect at Delivery: Upon arrival, Canada Post may collect the applicable provincial sales tax (GST/HST) and a flat (typically $9.95 CAD) handling fee.
-
Note: This is significantly lower than the "Brokerage Fees" charged by private couriers like UPS or FedEx.
-
-
Self-Clearance: If you wish to avoid the $9.95 handling fee, you have the legal right to self-clear your package at a local CBSA office. Please contact us before delivery if you require the manifest paperwork to do so.
Why we use USPS: We choose USPS specifically to save our customers from the high "hidden" brokerage fees often associated with international ground shipping.
